One real question

Are we making money on the Northwind account?

Thinner than it looks. Half a phase of work was never quoted.

  • Phase 2 is 34 of 41 tasks done, with six days left. The delivery is on track. Northwind
  • You have invoiced $18,400. Invoice 1042 is 21 days overdue. Invoice 1042
  • Dana asked for a second landing page on Tuesday. The team started it that day. #client-northwind
  • The kickoff call put two pages in the quote, not four. So half of it is unbilled. Kickoff, 14 Jul

The questions that cost you an afternoon

Every one of these lives in two places at once. That is why most people stop asking them until something has already gone wrong.

  • Are we actually making money on this client?

The work delivered, against what you have billed for it

  • What did we actually promise them?

The call where it was agreed, and every message since

  • Is anything about to slip?

What is left to do, and how fast it is actually moving

  • Who owes us money, and who is chasing it?

Overdue invoices, and the last thing anyone said about them

  • Which deals have gone quiet?

Where each one stalled, and who spoke to them last

  • Are the ads paying for themselves?

Spend against the revenue it actually brought in

  • What is landing on us this week?

Every commitment made, and what has to ship around it

  • What did we agree to on that call?

The moment it was said, and whether anyone wrote it down

Issues, sprints and what is blocking

You stay in control

CoDesk reads, suggests, and then stops. You decide what actually happens.

It cannot change anything

CoDesk has no way to edit a ticket, send a message, or touch your books. It can only suggest. Nothing reaches your tools until you press Apply, and this is built in rather than switched on.

Every number has a source

Click any figure and you land on the invoice, the ticket, or the minute of the meeting it came from. If CoDesk cannot show you that, it does not say it.

It tells you when it doesn’t know

If your tools have nothing to say on something, CoDesk says exactly that. It never fills the gap with a good guess.

Launch in 30 days

We map your functions, connect your data, and hand you a working workspace. The starter tier covers five questions your team asks constantly, plus one report that arrives without anyone requesting it.
