Built for you, then managed for you

What the first 30 days look like

  1. Discovery and function mapping. We work out which questions your team keeps asking and cannot answer quickly, and which of those are worth automating.
  2. Data source integration. We connect the tools those answers live in, using access scoped to what your own logins can already see.
  3. The chat interface. Your workspace goes live, answering in plain language with a link to every record behind every figure.
  4. The action layer. We set up the drafts CoDesk should prepare for you, and who approves each one.
  5. Managed optimisation. We watch what people actually ask and tune the workspace around it.

Questions we get asked

Can it change anything in our tools?

Not on its own. CoDesk can draft a ticket or a message, but nothing reaches your systems until somebody presses Apply. That is built into how it works rather than being a setting you switch on. There is more on that here.

What happens if we stop?

Your data stays where it always was: in your own tools. CoDesk reads from them, so there is nothing to export and nothing held hostage.

Do you need access to everything?

No. Start with the tools behind the questions that matter most, usually two or three. Each one you add later widens what CoDesk can answer.
