Stop being the only person who knows

In an owner-run business the whole picture usually lives in one head. Every question routes through you, and the ones you do not have time to answer become the problems you find out about late.

Every line here was knowable on Friday. The point of the report is that no one had to think to go and look — and that each line names where it came from, so it can be checked rather than believed.

What this actually costs you

You are the bottleneck for ordinary questions

Where is that project, has the client paid, did we agree to that. None of it needs your judgement. It needs someone to look in three places, and you are the only one who knows which three.

You find out late

The overdue invoice, the job that quietly went over, the commitment made on a call you were not on. All of it is knowable now and usually surfaces a month later.

Nobody else can check

Delegating the question means delegating access to five tools and the knowledge of how they fit together. So it does not get delegated.

Your team can ask too

This is the part that gets the time back. Because every answer carries the record behind it, somebody else can ask the question and check the answer without you in the middle. They see what their own access allows, so opening the question up is not the same as opening up your books.

The same question, asked by two people. Sam gets a real answer and a smaller one — the invoice outside their access is not withheld from the reply, it was never in the query. Which is why handing the question over is not the same as handing over the books.

The report that arrives without being asked for

The starter tier includes one recurring report. For most owners the right choice is the one at the top of this page: a Monday summary of what is overdue and what was committed this week — the two things that go wrong quietly. It is yours to change, and it is the only thing that arrives on its own. See what is included.

You do not have to set it up

This is the part owners reasonably worry about, because you do not have a spare week. It is a managed service: we work out the questions with you, connect the tools, and hand you something that already works. Here is what the thirty days involve, including the few hours it needs from you.
